JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Community Building Administration's Department of Operations and Management handles the operation, maintenance, and management of public environments in urban/rural areas and urban-adjacent environments. The department also administers large parts of the municipal group's vehicle fleet. We are now looking for a new vehicle coordinator for our vehicle group within the unit for vehicles, storage, and workshop.

As a vehicle coordinator, you will handle all vehicle-related administration - contract management, invoice processing, financial follow-up, purchasing/disposal of vehicles, and damage management. We continuously work to develop our working methods, routines, methods, and systems. We have daily customer contacts where the needs and wishes of the customers must be met while maintaining the municipal group's policies and objectives.

The work takes place in a tight team where we work closely together while taking great personal responsibility for driving the work forward.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have at least a high school diploma from a relevant education in the field (economics or administration). We require that you have relevant work experience for the tasks, preferably from the automotive industry where you have worked closely with customers and in a service-oriented manner. You are a seasoned administrator and handle both financial matters and the IT environment with ease, efficiency, and great security.

You are accustomed to and enjoy working both in a team and independently. It is expected that you have a self-driven approach to work and actively contribute to the planning, execution, and development of the work. You demonstrate responsibility and accuracy in your tasks. You have an understanding of the whole and our common mission. To effectively carry out our tasks, we require high collaboration skills, both internally in the team and towards the rest of the municipal group. We expect you to meet changes in work positively and constructively - that you have the ability to be flexible and adaptable.

For us, understanding diversity and social contacts is important. You feel comfortable with what we represent and have the ability to meet both colleagues and municipal residents with respect and understanding.

Do not wait to apply. Recruitment is ongoing, and appointments may occur before the application deadline.

In this recruitment, we apply a 6-month probationary period.
